Just got up, didn't have my Olanzapine last night but did sleep which should be more important.

Watching CZW Beyond The Barrier & thinking of music.

Gonna try getting that millionth last cig in once I clear my system up

When I was in Northern Light I was spitting blood at one point but I try not to be too worried being "Derdy" 

At this point Evil Mike has returned from whatever last song he did before they became PK

Upon writing that I spilled a glass of ice cubes & screamed about it, everything in here but never a wipe or a towel lol
